Larry Montrose currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Dolan Auto Group since March 2018 and is a Board Member of the Nevada Governor's Workforce Development Board since January 2019. Previously, Larry held various HR roles, including Director of Human Resources at Grand Sierra Resort and Regional Human Resources Manager at Live Nation, where support was provided to House of Blues Venues in Southern California and Las Vegas. Other positions include HR Manager at Silverton Casino and HR Advisor at Zappos Family of Companies. Larry began a career in employee relations as the Employee Relations Manager at Peppermill Resort Spa Casino. Larry holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Nevada, Reno.
