Heather Gladden, CCS, CDIP has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. In 2005, they started working as a Float Secretary at Lake Health, where they gained valuable administrative skills. In 2006, they joined Dolbey as a Product Manager, responsible for managing and developing various products. Heather recently transitioned to the role of Director Product Strategy at Dolbey, showcasing their strategic thinking and leadership abilities. Heather's expertise in product management and strategy make their a valuable asset to any organization.

Heather Gladden pursued their education in the field of healthcare and coding. Heather attended Cleveland State University from 2002 to 2004, where they studied Pre-Pharmacy Studies. Following that, they enrolled at Lakeland Community College from 2004 to 2006, focusing on Medical Insurance Coding Specialist/Coder.

In addition to their educational background, Heather Gladden has obtained two certifications from AHIMA (American Health Information Management Association). In July 2018, they became a Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), and in November 2022, they obtained the Certified Documentation Improvement Practitioner (CDIP) certification.
