Andy Jaspar

Andy Jaspar is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in audio technology, currently holding the position of Senior Staff Engineer at Dolby Laboratories since May 2006. Jaspar has played a pivotal role in the development of innovative audio products, including Dolby Dimension, where responsibilities included leading audio software architecture and implementing advanced technologies. Previous roles at Dolby involved collaborating with Agile teams and developing reference quality software for Blu-ray applications. Prior experience includes positions at Super Audio Center and Sony Corporation of America, where Jaspar contributed to the development of the Sonoma Digital Audio Workstation and enhanced features for audio recording and playback. Jaspar holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts in Physics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
