Louis Eales

Louis Eales has extensive experience in the cinema industry, contributing over 40 years to various roles. Currently, Louis is retired but remains active in the field, previously serving as Sr. Manager of Cinema Support Programs and Sr. Director of Customer and Product Support at Dolby Laboratories since 2000. Previously, Louis held positions at The Walt Disney Company as a Projection and Sound Engineer, and as Director of Engineering at National Cinema Supply, where management of a team of field engineers was a key responsibility. Early career experiences include working as a cinema projectionist and stagehand at Rialto and Highland Twins Cinema. Louis holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University-San Bernardino.
