Michael Graham

Michael Graham has accumulated extensive experience in corporate strategy and development, currently serving as Sr. Manager at Dolby Laboratories since May 2021. Prior to this role, Michael worked at EY from January 2016 to May 2021 as Manager of Strategy and Transactions, where advisement on over 25 transactions totaling more than $20 billion was a key focus. Michael's earlier experience includes serving as an Associate at Versailles Group, Ltd. from December 2013 to December 2015, where involvement in all stages of M&A transactions was significant. Initial professional exposure occurred through internships at The Ayco Company, L.P. in 2011 and 2012. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Liberal Studies from Bentley University and studied at Universidad Pontificia Comillas in 2012.
