Tim Addy is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in audio and video systems, currently serving as the Director of Business Technology in the A/V Ecosystem at Dolby Laboratories since November 2023. Prior roles include Head of Data Engineering at Hawk-Eye Innovations Ltd and Manager of Specialist Solutions Architects at Amazon Web Services. Tim has a strong background at Dolby Laboratories, where previous positions include Senior Staff Systems Architect and Senior Solutions Architect. With expertise in system software engineering and product management across multiple organizations, Tim has contributed to the successful launch of innovative technology in the broadcast sector. Academic credentials include a Diploma in Media Composition from the Film Institute of Los Angeles, an MSC in Telecommunications from UCL, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Loughborough University. Tim is also pursuing further education at the University of Oxford and Carnegie Mellon University.
