Previous experience includes a role as Senior Accountant at Granite Peak Management, where financials for 28 homeowners associations were managed. Michelle's background also includes significant positions at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing operations for condominium owners associations and providing personalized member service. Earlier experience in the food service industry further developed strong customer service skills and team leadership capabilities. Michelle holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Georgia Southern University.
