Ikue Hirano

Ikue Hirano currently serves as the Director of Human Resources & General Affairs at DOLCE&GABBANA, a position held since May 2024. Previously, Ikue held the role of HR Director at Shangri-la Tokyo from September 2023 to April 2024 and served as HR Director for Japan & Guam at Bottega Veneta Japan Limited from May 2019 to August 2023. Prior experience includes the role of Director, People & Organization (HR) at Mars from February 2017 to April 2019, HR Director at Hilti Japan from September 2014 to January 2017, and HR Senior Director at Coach Japan from March 2005 to September 2014. Ikue also worked as HR Manager at GE Healthcare from January 2003 to February 2005 and in various HR capacities at GE from October 1999 to December 2002. Ikue Hirano earned a BA in Social Psychology from The University of Tokyo, completing the degree from 1985 to 1989.
