Marco Malmassari has a diverse range of work experience in the field of marketing and brand management. Marco is currently working as the Global Head of Go to Market Fragrances and Business Development Travel Retail at DOLCE&GABBANA since March 2022. Previously, they held various roles at Coty, starting as a Marketing Manager for Gucci & Hugo Boss in May 2019, then progressing to become the Head of Marketing Coty Luxury Italy and later the Marketing Manager for Prestige & Ultra Prestige brands. Before Coty, they worked at L'Oréal as a Brand Manager for Carita & Decléor and as a Marketing & Education Manager for the same brands, and also as a Brand Manager for Carita. Marco's early experience includes working at Nestlé as a Junior Brand Manager for Nescafé and Nescafé Dolce Gusto, as well as a Project Product Manager for Nescafé Dolce Gusto.

Marco Malmassari completed their education as follows:

- From 2007 to 2010, they attended Università Bocconi, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Economia e management per arte, cultura e comunicazione.

- In 2010, they enrolled at Università Bocconi again and obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General in 2013.

- In 2012, Marco participated in an exchange program at Queen's University, focusing on their MBA program.

- In 2020, they completed an Executive Program in Customer Experience Management at Luiss Business School.

- Additionally, Marco holds certifications such as DFP affaires B2 from Chambre de commerce de Paris, obtained in 2011, and IELTS B2 General from the British Council, earned in 2010.
