Troy Greco

Troy Greco has extensive experience in maritime and operational leadership, currently serving as Director of International Operations at Dole Food Company since January 1998, following the role of North America Operations Manager. Previous professional roles include Marine Captain at Safe/Sea Marine Rescue, Marine Terminal Superintendent at Maher Terminals, and Marine Terminal Manager and Operations Manager at Lykes Brothers Steamship Company. Troy also served honorably as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy Reserve from June 1991 to May 1999. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation from the United States Merchant Marine Academy and Advanced Management & Leadership Certificates in Transportation Claims Management & Prevention and Finance & Accounting from the Wisconsin School of Business.
