Emily Kingston has an extensive work experience, beginning in 2011 with their role as a Naturalist Intern at Ocean Alliance Inc. In 2012, they became a Master Marine Science Educator at the Chincoteague Bay Field Station, where they taught marine science and coastal ecology programs to students in grades 6-12, college students, and adult learners. From 2014 to 2016, they served as the Vice Chair of the Holliston Conservation Commission, representing the Town's interest in wetlands and conservation issues. In 2015, Emily became a Special Projects Coordinator at the New England Forestry Foundation, where they produced and executed project management plans, wrote grant proposals and grant reports, and authored a conclusive project report. From 2017 to 2018, they were the Corporate Relations Manager at the USGBC Massachusetts Chapter, generating $200,000+ in revenue through Chapter sponsorships and event partners. Finally, Emily has been a Program Manager and Manager of Employer Relations at Northeastern University since 2018, and they are currently a Customer Success Manager at Dolead since 2022.

Emily Kingston has an education history that includes a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science and Conservation Biology from Clark University, which they completed in 2010. Emily then went on to obtain a Master of Science in Endangered Species Recovery and Conservation from Nottingham Trent University in 2014. Most recently, they completed an MBA in International Business and Marketing from Northeastern University in 2021.
