Joseph Hotek

Joseph Hotek is an experienced professional in the craft beer industry, currently serving as High-End Brand Manager at Doll Distributing, LLC since January 2016. In this role, Joseph manages pricing and inventory for over 40 craft and import suppliers, coordinates sales goals across multiple teams, and drives brand success through collaboration with key accounts. Previously, Joseph was a Sales Representative at Tallgrass Brewing Company, managing sales across distributors and providing training on craft beer. As the owner of Ad Hoc Media LLC, Joseph founded a video production company specializing in commercial projects, and earlier served as Beer Manager at John's Grocery Inc., promoting craft beer through tastings and events.
