Brent Wilson

Brent Wilson has over two decades of experience in the IT industry. Their recent roles include serving as the VP, Director of Infrastructure & End User Services at Dollar Bank and as the Global Supplier Manager at Philips. Brent has led various IT service management transformations, managed global supplier relationships, and implemented new ITSM tools. Brent has also held managerial positions at Fiserv SourceOne, Ariba Inc, Pittsburgh Tech, and National City Bank, showcasing their diverse experience in project management, quality assurance, and systems engineering.

Brent Wilson completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English at Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania from 1993-1997. Brent then pursued further education in Computer Science, obtaining a degree in System Administration from Computer Tech in 1999-2000. In 2012-2014, Brent Wilson earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Seton Hill University. Additionally, they obtained several ITIL certifications in 2012 and 2014.
