Allison Valiquette

Allison Valiquette is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in compensation management. Serving as Sr. Director and Director of Compensation at Dollar General from July 2016 to June 2022, Valiquette led a team responsible for designing and implementing various compensation programs. Additionally, Valiquette held the position of HR Operations Sr. Manager, overseeing Human Capital Metrics, Unemployment, and various HR technologies. Earlier experience includes internships in human resources at Easter Seals Tennessee and Gaylord Entertainment. Valiquette earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human and Organizational Development with a focus on Corporate Strategy from Vanderbilt University, graduating magna cum laude.
