Mia Savaloja is an accomplished operations and management professional with extensive experience in the retail sector. Currently serving as Senior Director of Store Operations at Dollar General, Mia has held various leadership roles including Director of Store Operations and Sr. Manager of Operations. Prior experience includes significant positions at Cracker Barrel Old Country Store where Mia was Director of Operations and Director of Visual Merchandising, along with a managerial role in retail training.
