Alvaro Estrada

Alvaro Estrada is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in strategic workforce planning, organizational design, and HR management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Dollar Tree Stores since January 2020, Estrada leads a team of Regional Human Resources Managers to support over 1500 stores in the Northeastern US. Prior to this role, Estrada held multiple senior HR positions at adidas from December 2008 to July 2019, including HR Director for Strategic Workforce Planning and Org Design, where Estrada implemented a global governance framework for human capital. Estrada also drove initiatives that significantly improved organizational efficiency and effectiveness while managing human resources for approximately 40,000 retail employees. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Payless ShoeSource, CLP Resources, and LanTrax, Inc. Alvaro Estrada holds an MBA in International Business from the University of San Diego and a BS in Psychology, Sociology, and Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University.
