Skylar Eshleman

Skylar Eshleman currently serves as the Assistant Operations Manager at Dollar Tree Stores, a position held since January 2025. Prior experience includes a role as a Call Center Agent at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company from May 2024 to August 2025, where promotion to supervisor occurred after the first summer. Leadership experience includes serving as the President and Director of Philanthropy for Alpha Sigma Tau National Sorority from December 2022 to January 2024. Skylar Eshleman is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and previously studied for a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish at Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.
