Travis McNail

Travis McNail, MBA, SPHR, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Dollar Tree Stores since January 2003. McNail has held various roles within the company, including Director of Corporate Human Resources and Director of Associate Relations, focusing on policy development, compliance, and employee-related investigations. Prior experience includes leadership positions at BJ's Wholesale Club and Walmart, where McNail was involved in regional management and training initiatives.
