Carmen Elena Flores has extensive experience in the field of information technology and supply chain management, currently serving as the IT Assets & Supplies Lead at Dollarcity since September 2017, after progressing through various roles including Metal & Supplies Replenishment Administrator and Follow Up Team Senior Specialist. Previously, Carmen worked at Tigo El Salvador as GTR from August 2015 to September 2017 and at Atento El Salvador as Analista Work Force from November 2009 to August 2015. Academically, Carmen is pursuing a Diplomado Técnico en Inteligencia de Negocios at Fundación Carlos Slim, set to conclude in December 2024, and holds two master's degrees in Logistics International and Supply Chain Management as well as Business Administration and Management from EUDE Business School, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Universidad Pedagógica de El Salvador.
