Diego de la Campa Corcuera

Diego de la Campa Corcuera has extensive work experience in the field of finance and entrepreneurship. In 2018, they joined Entrepreneur en Español as a columnist focused on Fintech, where they contributed insightful articles on the subject until the end of 2019. Building on this expertise, Diego co-founded and became the CEO of Dollarize in November 2020. As the leader of the company, Diego is responsible for overseeing its operations and driving its success in the market.

Diego de la Campa Corcuera has a diverse education history with a focus on entrepreneurship and business studies. In 1995, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Iberoamericana in Ciudad de México. Diego further pursued their education in entrepreneurship with a degree in Formulation and evaluation of investment projects from the same institution in 1999-2000.

Diego then attended the Cardigan Mountain School from 1990-1991 before returning to Mexico for their university studies. In 2015, they obtained the certification of Promotor de Fondos de Inversión (Investment Fund Promoter) from AMIB oficial - Asociación Mexicana de Instituciones Bursátiles.

From there, Diego pursued several executive education programs to enhance their skill set. In 2015, they attended the Stanford University Graduate School of Business for the Stanford go•to•market program in entrepreneurship. In 2017, they attended the MIT Sloan School of Management for the Marketing Innovation program.

Diego later obtained a certification in Digital Marketing Analytics from MIT Sloan Executive Education in 2019. Diego continued their education by enrolling in the Harvard Business School Online Disruptive Strategy program, which they completed in 2022.

Most recently, in 2023, Diego completed the Scaling a Business: How to build a Unicorn program at Wharton Executive Education. This program focused on entrepreneurship and building a successful business.

In addition to their formal education, Diego has obtained certifications such as Asesor en Estrategias de Inversión (Investment Strategies Advisor) from AMIB oficial - Asociación Mexicana de Instituciones Bursátiles.
