Lance Cothern

Lance Cothern is a personal finance and credit expert. He graduated as the valedictorian of the College of Business at James Madison University and went on to earn his CPA license in Virginia a year later.

After a few years in public and corporate accounting, Lance started his own personal finance blog, Money Manifesto. He then transitioned his career to become a freelance writer focusing on personal finance and credit topics.
