Julie Cosnay began their work experience in 2009 as a Communication & Marketing Assistant at EKYOG. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as an Operational Marketing Assistant at Groupe Beaumanoir. Julie then moved up to become the Communication & CRM Manager at Groupe Beaumanoir from 2012 to 2016. Following this, Julie took on the role of Operational Marketing Team Manager for Vib's EMOA at Groupe Beaumanoir from 2016 to 2017. Julie also participated in the creation of the concept Vib's and implemented the NPS (Net Promoter Score) project. From 2017 to the present, Julie has been working at Dolmen, where they started as a Marketing Team Manager and then transitioned to their current position as the Customer Success Team Manager. In their current role, they are responsible for setting up and staffing the Customer Success department for key accounts, as well as overseeing the Customer Success and Agency teams dedicated to clients and partners such as Mediapost and Salesforce.

Julie Cosnay has a diverse education history with a focus on marketing and business studies. From 2005 to 2007, they attended the University of Rennes I and obtained a degree in DUT GEA, specializing in the management of companies. Julie later enrolled at IGR-IAE Rennes and earned their Bachelor's degree in Sciences de gestion in 2008. Following this, they pursued their Master's degree in Marketing with a concentration in franchise and networked commerce at IGR-IAE Rennes from 2008 to 2010. Julie also participated in additional marketing and communication courses, including Marketing relationnel, CRM at Espace Moncassin Cegos in 2015, Médis Publicité at Institut Superieur du Marketing ISM in 2014, and Communication at Comundi Stratégies in 2013.
