Jim Ditzel

Jim Ditzel has a diverse background in sales and management, currently serving as Aggregate Asphalt Sales at The Dolomite Group since November 2021. Previous experience includes a role as Sales Specialist at ADMAR Construction Equipment and Supplies, where responsibilities encompassed sales, rentals, and service of various equipment, and as a Sales Consultant at Ralph Honda, focusing on client solutions regarding Honda automobiles. Jim also held the position of General Manager/COO at Penfield Country Club, overseeing multiple departments with significant revenue management, and served as Manager of the Golf Division at Oldcastle, dedicated to member growth and service quality. Earlier in their career, Jim was the Director of Golf at The Dolomite Group, managing operations at Shadow Pines Golf Club, and completed an internship with the Detroit Tigers in stadium operations. Jim holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from Bowling Green State University.
