Joey B.

Joey B. currently serves as Senior Vice President of Business Development and Partnerships and General Manager of the Business Unit (Valuations) at Doma, beginning in November 2021. In this role, Joey oversees B2B and B2G partnerships and spearheads initiatives for market development and expansion into adjacent business lines. Prior to Doma, Joey held the position of Senior Director, Head of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships at Compass from January 2020 to November 2021, contributing to the company's IPO in April 2021. Earlier experience includes serving as Co-Head of Illiquid Fund and Head of Partnerships at Blumer Capital from January 2019 to January 2020, where Joey managed real estate investments and developed a network of partnerships. Joey holds a J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law and has degrees in Pre-Medical Studies and Economics from Hunter College, as well as educational experience at New York University and The University of Hong Kong.
