Wendy is an expert risk leader, with deep experience analyzing organizations’ key risks, building and improving processes and controls, and leading stakeholder communications. Wendy has served as the Vice President and Chief Risk Officer of Doma since 2020. She is accountable for enterprise risk management, compliance, and audit across the spectrum of Doma’s business, including its real estate transaction risk management innovations and the company’s people, processes, and technology. Previously, she served as Vice President of Risk at Mosaic, a specialty finance company. Prior to Mosaic, Wendy held various leadership roles at Navient and Sallie Mae, consumer finance companies.
Wendy holds a BA in Economics from Wittenberg University.
