Reika Phung Dzupinka

Reika Phung Dzupinka serves as the Chairperson of the Board and a Board Member at Autism Community Network since January 2022. Currently, Reika is the Head of Commercial Real Estate & New Developments as well as Director of Commercial Operations at Domain, leading a team of 350 in Commercial Operations. Reika is also a member of the Board of Advisors for triiyo, an HR Tech startup, and previously held the position of VP, APJ Head of Revenue Strategy and Execution at Dayforce following its acquisition by Ceridian. Prior experience includes roles as General Manager of Growth & Strategy at Ascender HCM, Head of SMB Sales for Australia and New Zealand, and various sales operations roles at LinkedIn. Reika's career began at Bain & Company, where multiple consulting roles were held. Educational qualifications include an MBA from INSEAD and dual Bachelor degrees in Engineering and Physics from the University of Sydney.
