Allison Wilson

Allison Wilson currently serves as the Director of Vineyard Operations at Domaine Carneros Winery, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Allison was the Director of Vineyard Operations at Cliff Lede Vineyards from January 2015 to January 2024, overseeing all aspects of viticulture and managing a team dedicated to maintaining high vineyard standards. Earlier experience includes roles as a Viticulturist at Renteria Vineyard Management and as an Assistant Viticulturist, along with a position as Director of Events at Obsession Entertainment, LLC, and involvement in marketing and tasting room operations at Robert Hall Winery. Allison holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Fruit Science from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, earned in 2012.
