Phoebe Ullberg

Phoebe Ullberg has a diverse work experience in the wine industry and business management. Phoebe has served as the Director of Marketing, Consumer Direct at Domaine Carneros Winery, where their responsibilities included developing and executing marketing strategies and managing customer databases. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer at DDC Shipping LLC, where they optimized direct-to-consumer wine shipping processes and led a team of employees. Phoebe also served as the Director of Operations at Realm Cellars, where they established robust systems for inventory tracking, customer data analysis, and sales tracking. Additionally, they have worked as a self-employed consultant, assisting small wineries with sales and marketing strategies. Before entering the wine industry, Phoebe owned and managed Madeline's Restaurant, a high-end Asian Fusion Restaurant and bar.

Phoebe Ullberg obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology/Neuroscience from Smith College between 1991 and 1995. Later, they pursued their Master of Management in Hospitality (MMH) degree at Cornell University from 2002 to 2004.
