George Phillips

George Phillips is a Senior Scientist at Domainex, a leading CRO in Saffron Walden, Essex, specializing in small molecule drug discovery since February 2022. In this role, George has significantly contributed to two integrated project teams focused on advancing CNS targets through expert literature searching and synthesis development. Prior to this position, George worked at Biosynth Carbosynth as a Scientist and Synthetic Chemist I, where responsibilities included scale-up and process development of custom nucleoside phosphoramidite syntheses. George also served as Chief of Counselling Staff at a Salvation Army camp in Maine during the summer of 2019, overseeing a team of counselors, and gained extensive experience as a General Counsellor over four summers at the same camp. George holds a Master of Chemistry degree from Durham University, completed in 2019.
