Ralf Elsaesser

Ralf Elsaesser is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Dome Construction, overseeing operations in their California offices. With experience in managing various divisions and projects for notable clients in the biotech and pharmaceutical industry, Ralf has a strong background in construction project management. Prior to their current role, Ralf worked as a Project Engineer at Vollack AG and Wolff & Mueller in Germany. Their education includes a degree from Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences. Additionally, Ralf has held leadership positions at ISPE San Francisco Bay Area Chapter.
