Elsa Gumm is an experienced legal advocate currently working at Domestic Abuse Intervention Services since January 2022. Prior to this role, Elsa served as General Manager at Perennial Yoga & Meditation from April 2020 to January 2022 and worked as the Staff and Community Development Coordinator at the Church at Christ Memorial from July 2012 to August 2021. In the latter position, Elsa collaborated with local faith community leaders to enhance access to safety and resources. Additionally, Elsa wrote a grant for $10,000 from We Raise Foundation to lead a program focused on dating violence prevention workshops for Wisconsin youth groups. Elsa holds a Master of Arts in Rhetoric and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, along with a Postgraduate Degree in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from Madison Area Technical College.
