María Martín Blanco

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and education. Currently serving as the Owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana manages an online store focused on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has been working as a Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previously, Mariana owned and operated Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019 and worked as a Nutritionist in a private practice between February 2016 and 2019. Mariana also contributed as a university lecturer in a labor training school from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching courses on applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food. Mariana holds a diploma in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
