Rickard Börjel

Rickard Börjel started their career as an Assistant Controller at Polyclad Europe in 2000. Rickard then worked as a Market Coordinator and Web developer at JAFO AB from 2001 to 2002. After that, they worked as a Consultant at Resurs Bemanning from 2002 to 2003. Rickard joined Praktikertjänst AB in 2003 as an IT Controller and later became an IT Manager within the company. In 2008, they moved to Datanet AB, where they held the position of Business Architect and IT Management Consultant until 2016. From 2016 to 2020, they worked as a Manager of Digital Workplace at Systembolaget AB. Rickard then became the Manager of IT Service & Quality at Systembolaget AB from 2020 to 2023. Currently, they serve as the Global Head of Cloud & Infrastructure Engineering at Dometic, leading a distributed team responsible for developing, managing, and operating cloud and infrastructure services globally within the company.

Rickard Börjel obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Företagsekonomi och organisationspsykologi from Kristianstad University in the years 1995 to 1999. Rickard also attended Cordial / Dataföreningen Kompetens from 2012 to 2013 and obtained a certification as a Certified Business Architect / Certifierad Affärsarkitekt. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Certifierad Affärsarkitekt from Dataföreningen Kompetens in 2013.
