Paolo Russo

Paolo Russo is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as Head of Operations at Domina Hotel Group since September 2008. In this role, Paolo manages the financial performance, budgets, cash flows, and operations of seven hotels with a total of 1,202 rooms across five countries, operating under two brands, Domina and PK Hotels. Previous positions include General Manager of Domina Zagarella Sicily, Director of Hotels Operations for seven hotels, and Hotel Manager at Domina Coral Bay Resort. Prior to joining Domina, Paolo held management roles at St. Ermin's Hotel, Millennium & Copthorne Hotels, and Radisson Blu Edwardian in London. Paolo began an educational journey at Enrico Fermi Desio in Milan and furthered studies at SDA Bocconi.
