Michael Siek

Michael Siek is currently the Managing Director at Dominari Securities, a full-service boutique investment bank. Prior to that, Michael served as the Senior Managing Director at Stern Aegis Ventures - Aegis Capital for venture capital funding. Before that, Michael was the President at Spencer Trask Ventures, where Michael raised over $200 million in private placements for various portfolio companies. With experience in various managing director roles at companies such as Laidlaw Equities, T.R. Winston & Co., and Lehman Brothers, Michael has a strong background in finance and investment. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Business from Rollins College and has received various FINRA certifications.
