Miguel Castillo Gutiérrez

Miguel Castillo Gutiérrez has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Miguel started their career in 2006 as an Engineering Office at Lain Engineering Consulting, where they were responsible for calculating and designing structures and installations of buildings.

In 2008, they joined Cristobal Ortega Construction, S.L. as a Project Manager, where they successfully managed a specific work project for the public administration of Gran Canaria, overseeing personnel coordination and economic control.

Later, in the same year, they moved to Domingo Alonso Group as part of the After-Sales Training department. Here, they trained the technical staff of all Domingo Alonso workshops according to the manufacturer's standards for all Volkswagen group brands. Miguel stayed with Domingo Alonso Group until 2012.

Miguel then joined SEAT,SA as a Trainer of trainers in the Strategy & Training department. Miguel trained the trainers of the brand's importers.

Finally, they returned to Domingo Alonso Group in 2014, taking on the role of Sales Training Manager. In this position, they developed, implemented, and monitored training programs, as well as prepared and managed the training budget. Miguel was later promoted to HR Director.

Miguel Castillo Gutiérrez obtained a BSC in Mechanical Engineering from the Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria in 2004. Miguel later pursued an Executive MBA, Master of Business Administration, from the Universidad Internacional de Canarias in 2017.
