Anne Lythgoe has extensive experience in leadership and communications within religious organizations. Currently part of the Leadership Team and serving as Communications and Public Relations Coordinator and Special Project Director at Dominican Sisters of Peace since 2013, Anne is responsible for stewardship of the Elkins Estate and various communication projects. From 2010 to 2013, Anne served as President of Dominican Sisters of St. Catherine de' Ricci. Previous roles include Communications Coordinator at the Dominican Leadership Conference (2004-2009), where Anne enhanced information delivery systems and maintained the organization's website, as well as Editor for Dominican Life USA during the same timeframe, focusing on news and web content for the Dominican community in the United States. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Public Communications from Syracuse University, a Bachelor's degree in Religious Studies from Siena College, and a Certificate in Law and Religious Life from College Misericordia.

Dominican Sisters of Peace is a US-based congregation of Catholic Dominicans that includes about 600 Sisters and 500 Associates living and serving in 37 states and in eight additional countries. As part of the worldwide Order of Preachers (Order of St. Dominic), the Dominican Sisters and Associates of Peace strive to preach the Gospel of Christ Jesus through word and action, serving God's people in many ministerial areas, including education, health care, spirituality, pastoral care, prison ministry, and care of creation, among others.
