Nikki Hankins

Nikki Hankins has worked in various roles in the business development and sales fields since 2008. Nikki started their career as a Sales Representative at E&J Gallo Winery in 2008. Nikki then moved on to become a Sales Representative at Glazer's Distributors in 2012. In 2013, they joined Alcon, A Novartis Division, where they worked as a Vision Care Field Sales Representative and a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative until 2016. From 2016 to 2019, they were an Ocular Surface Representative at Bausch + Lomb. Nikki then worked as an Ophthalmology Surgical/Cataract Key Account Manager at EyePoint Pharmaceuticals until 2020. Since 2020, they have been a Business Development Manager Facial Aesthetics at Allergan. Currently, they are also a Business Development Manager at both Dominion Aesthetic Technologies, Inc. and RVL Pharmaceuticals, Inc.

Nikki Hankins attended The University of Southern Mississippi from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree in Marketing.
