Vlad Zelenko

Vlad Zelenko has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Vlad began their career as a Developer at Javelin Technologies in 1998 and later worked as a Senior Developer at BLM Investment Securities. At BLM, they were responsible for front-end and back-end applications and worked on special projects to enhance user experience.

In 2005, Vlad joined Lehman Brothers as an AVP and continued in that role until 2008 when they moved to Barclays Capital. At Barclays, they served as an AVP and gained valuable experience in the financial industry.

Vlad then joined Surge Trading, Inc. as a Sr. Developer (VP) from 2009 to 2011. Vlad then briefly worked as a Senior Analyst Developer at Goldman Sachs before joining Citi as a Consultant. At Citi, Vlad's role revolved around re-architecting and developing the legacy Data Distribution platform.

In 2017, Vlad became the CTO of AltLending, where they led the technological operations of an institutional lending platform. AltLending facilitated U.S. Dollar loans secured by borrowers' blockchain assets.

Currently, Vlad holds the position of CTO at Dominion Capital LLC, a role they assumed in October 2017. Vlad is also responsible for the company's technical operations. Additionally, Vlad also holds the position of Senior Software Engineer at Dominion Capital LLC, a role they have held since July 2014.

Vlad Zelenko completed their Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology between 1992 and 1997.
