Because excellence is a verb…
Always striving. Always seeking. Always working. Excellence never stands still to admire itself.

We founded our preeminent charter and concierge business on the principles of integrity and excellence. In this industry, we found that many companies suggest an elite service, but often fail to deliver a memorable experience. Worse still, in some instances, the characteristics of honesty and professionalism appear to be merely marketing verbiage rather than principles of doing business!

Did you know ‘The Golden Rule’ was founded on a Christian principle? Regardless of religious affiliation, we can agree that taking initiative to treat others the way one wants to be treated is a good rule-of-thumb for life.

Our management staff and concierge representatives have combined to amass well over twenty years of practical experience in customer service, operations management and executive management in numerous facets of nonprofit, government and commercial organizations. It has been our business to assist the most discriminating customers; ensuring their personal and professional success.

The DOMINION Charter team would be delighted to partner with you on your next excursion or event. Whether you need a single air charter and concierge or would be better suited for our by-invitation-only Première Connection® relationship, we are certain we can deliver the conscientious service you deserve.
