Charles Hanna

Charles Hanna has extensive experience in law enforcement and compliance, currently serving as a Senior Ethics & Compliance Investigator at Dominion Energy since July 2017, focusing on ethics and compliance investigations. Prior to this role, Charles worked at the County of Henrico from 1992 to July 2017, holding various positions including Lieutenant in the Criminal Investigations Unit, Sergeant and Team Leader in the Emergency Services Unit specializing in crisis and hostage negotiations, and instructor at the Henrico County Police Academy. Throughout the career, Charles has managed criminal investigations, personnel operations, and narcotics-related cases, demonstrating a strong background in public safety and law enforcement education, culminating in a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration of Justice from Virginia Commonwealth University.
