Joseph M. Rigby

Mr. Rigby served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Pepco Holdings, Inc. (Pepco), an energy delivery company serving the mid-Atlantic region, from May 2009 to March 2016. Prior to that, he held other executive officer positions with Pepco and its subsidiaries, including chief operating officer and chief financial officer.

Mr. Rigby is also a member of the boards of South Jersey Industries, Inc. and Energy Insurance Mutual and previously served on the Board of Dominion Energy Midstream GP, LLC, the general partner of Dominion Energy Midstream Partners, LP (2014-2017).

Mr. Rigby received his bachelor’s degree in

accounting from Rutgers University and an MBA

from Monmouth University. He was previously a

licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of New Jersey.

Mr. Rigby serves on the Audit and Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility Committees.
