Keith Windle

Keith Windle is senior vice president–Administrative Services at Dominion Energy.

He oversees corporate safety and health, information technology, cyber and physical security, supply chain management, workplace development and aviation.

Windle started with the company as an intern in 2001 and became a full-time analyst the following year. He was named manager–Financial & Business Services in 2007 and was promoted to director–Financial & Business Services (Dominion Virginia Power) in 2011. He was named director–Financial & Business Services (Dominion Energy) in 2013 and general manager–Dominion Carolina Gas Transmission in 2015. He was named vice president– Business Development & Merchant Operations (Power Generation Group) in July 2017. In 2019, he became vice presidentFinancial Management, Dominion Energy Virginia and Contracted Assets, and assumed his current position in March 2022.

He is a past member of the board of directors of Junior Achievement of Greater South Carolina and the Palmetto Agribusiness Council. He currently is a member of the board of directors of the Dominion Energy Credit Union and serves on its Asset Management Committee. He also serves on Christopher Newport’s Luter Business School Board of Advisors, the Board of Directors for Feedmore, and the Board of Directors for Lewis Ginter Botanical Gardens. Windle is chairman of the Dominion Energy Executive Diversity Council. He also serves as a co-chair of the operations committee of the Dominion Energy Charity Classic.

Windle received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Christopher Newport University.
