Noopur Garg possesses a robust legal background with extensive experience in corporate governance, commercial transactions, and securities law. Currently serving as Director - Corporate Governance, Assistant Corporate Secretary, and Managing Counsel at Dominion Energy since October 2022, Noopur previously held various roles such as Managing Counsel and Assistant General Counsel, focusing on corporate finance and M&A. Notable past positions include being a 2020 LCLD Fellow and holding associate positions at prestigious law firms, including Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP, Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, and Jones Day.
