Shane Clement

Shane Clement is a highly experienced project and construction manager, currently serving as a Project Manager at Dominion Energy since September 2024, focusing on the Surry Nuclear Plant and its upcoming special projects. Prior to this role, Shane held positions at Black & Veatch Construction, Inc., including Field Project Manager and Construction Manager, working on significant projects such as the Vineyard Wind initiative and a small modular reactor build in Tennessee. With a background that includes roles at TVA/JSG, Bechtel Corporation, Fluor Corporation, and CB&I, Shane has extensive expertise in managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
