Simon Davidson, Esq., CIPP/US, serves as Senior Counsel at Dominion Energy since February 2022, where responsibilities include developing a comprehensive compliance program for a Fortune 250 company, overseeing risk assessments, and training employees on business communication. Prior to this role, Simon was a Partner at McGuireWoods LLP from September 2003 to February 2022, representing corporations and executives in government investigations and commercial litigation, leading internal investigations, and providing ethics counsel to a firm with over 1,000 attorneys. Simon's academic background includes a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor’s with Honors in Philosophy from the University of Virginia.
