Derek Kucharski is an experienced sales and marketing professional, currently serving as an HCM Sales Consultant at Dominion Payroll since July 2023. Previously, Derek held roles as a Sales Development Representative at LoadHive, where a comprehensive sales strategy was independently developed, leading to consistent demo scheduling and extensive outreach efforts. As the founder of Derek's Lakeside Services, a detailing and landscaping business, Derek successfully completed numerous projects in South Carolina. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Communication and Business Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship & Sales from High Point University.
