Vaptistis Virvilis is a highly skilled pastry professional with extensive experience in various prestigious establishments. Currently serving as Chef De Partie at Dominique Ansel Bakery since December 2021, Vaptistis has previously held significant roles including Head Pastry Chef at Bill & Coo Mykonos and numerous positions within the YES! Hotels Group. Vaptistis also contributed as a Pastry Chef Instructor at iekAKMIedu and gained experience at renowned venues such as Santa Marina, InterContinental Davos, and Matsuhisa Restaurants Europe.
