Carla Yegher has extensive experience in fitness and wellness, currently serving as a Pilates Instructor at Equinox since July 2024 and as a Gymnastics Instructor at Dominique Dawes Gymnastics & Ninja Academy since December 2021, where Carla focuses on making gymnastics enjoyable for children. Additionally, Carla has been self-employed as a Marketing Consultant since May 1994, showcasing a diverse skill set. Previous experience includes working as a Yoga Instructor at Circuit from November 2017 to August 2024, where Carla dedicated 20 years to yoga practice and shared this passion with individuals of all backgrounds. Carla holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Marketing from The University of Texas at Austin, earned in 1987.

In a safe, caring, and uplifting environment, our athletes will develop the characteristics and self confidence to reach their fullest potential in and out of the gym. Our desire is to plant seeds of empowerment, all while teaching quality gymnastics, fostering friendships and building memories that will last a lifetime.
