Jen Brewerton

Jen Brewerton is the VP of Compliance at Dominium. Jen has over 15 years of experience in affordable housing and government contracting. Jen began their career as a disaster recovery program manager for the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs. Jen then transitioned to the private sector, working as a senior manager for the Reznick Group and then as the director of affordable housing compliance and consulting services for CAPSTONE REAL ESTATE SERVICES. In their current role at Dominium, they are responsible for overseeing the compliance component for the company's 33,000 affordable housing units. Jen is an expert in their field and is often called upon to represent Dominium at major industry events.

Jen Brewerton has a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work Administration and Planning from The University of Texas at Austin.

They work with Mark Sween - VP & Project Partner, Owen Metz - VP & Project Partner, and Janet Anderson - VP, Property Management. Jen Brewerton reports to Paul Sween, Board Member & Senior Managing Partner.
